How long is the promotion running?

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 02/08/2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14/09/2021. During this time, you must have made a valid purchase of a participating OREO pack from a Woolworths supermarket, metro store or online, held onto the receipt and submitted your entry here.

Where is the promotion running?

You can make a purchase from any participating Woolworths supermarket, metro store or online, excluding Ampol Woolworths co-branded metro stores and fuel outlets.

What are the participating products?

All OREO packs are included in this promotion, excluding CADBURY DAIRY MILK with OREO 162g, OREO Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich 4 pack, OREO Ice Cream Cone 4 pack and OREO Frozen Ice Cream Sticks 4 pack.

What is on offer?

Instant win prizes:

800 x $20 WISH Gift Cards;
200 x $50 WISH Gift Cards; and
40 x $100 WISH Gift Cards.

Major prize:

The major prize is $20,000 which will be transferred to the winner via electronic funds transfer.

How can I enter the promotion?

To claim, you must purchase any participating OREO pack from a participating Woolworths store, visit 7plus.com.au/thevoiceoreo and follow the prompts to the promotion claim page, input the requested details, and upload a photo of your proof of purchase.

To enter for instant prizes and the major prize, you must choose to sing the OREO song (The Song) by recording a video of yourself singing with your OREO product, submit the video entry in accordance with the instructions on the website, and submit the fully completed entry form.

For instant prizes only, skip the sing and record step, and submit the fully completed entry form.

You must retain your original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of your claim and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to claim.

Who can enter?

This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

What information will I need to complete my entry?

You will need to input your first name, last name, age, residential address, mobile phone number and current valid email address, as well as the eligible product purchase, date of purchase and a copy of your receipt.

What proof of purchase do I need?

How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

Each entry is based on a separate Qualifying Purchase;
Each Qualifying Purchase has been made in a separate transaction and a separate original itemised receipt has been issued;
Each entry is submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
A maximum of one (1) entry per person per day; and
A maximum of four (4) entries per household during the Promotion Period.

How many people can I feature in my video?

You can feature multiple people in your video however, you must be 18 years or older. For the avoidance of doubt, if the video features multiple individuals, any prize in respect of that Major Prize Entry will only be awarded to the person who submits the entry.

By submitting the Major Prize Entry, you confirm that all individuals featured in the video have consented to be featured and for the video to be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How will I receive my prize?

You will receive your WISH Gift Card via email within 28 days of being notified you are an instant winner.

If you are the major prize winner, the major prize will be delivered by way of electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account within 28 days of being notified you are a winner.
